I founded Bridge the Gap Business Strategy Solutions because I’ve seen firsthand how even strong, established businesses—including franchises—can struggle to connect their vision with real-world results. Throughout my career, I’ve led operations for organizations of all sizes, overseeing sales teams, multi-unit locations, and retail operations. I have even served as a franchisee for a startup in the health and wellness industry.
What I learned is this: no matter how long a business has been operating or how successful it may appear, growth often stalls when clarity, strategy, and direction are missing. Great ideas alone aren’t enough—what drives success is the ability to align people, processes, and vision into a clear path forward. That is the gap I help bridge.
My passion is helping business owners and franchisees identify what’s holding them back and uncover the opportunities that can take them to the next level. Whether it’s improving profit margins, strengthening leadership skills, or developing growth strategies, I believe in creating practical, sustainable solutions that make a measurable difference.
